RoHS Compliance

Switchcraft and Conxall offer a complete line of RoHS compliant products.

Switchcraft is aware of the requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) and intends to comply with the requirement in regards to material content for products identified as RoHS compliant. Many legacy products and customer specific products continue to be offered, and in the original configuration may not be RoHS compliant. In most cases RoHS compliant versions of the legacy products are available and are identified by adding an "X" suffix to the part number. Legacy products which always met the RoHS requirements maintained the original part number, without the added suffix. REACH Compliance

Conflict Minerals Compliance

Switchcraft is a subsidiary of Heico, a publicly traded company. Under the 2010 U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, Switchcraft is required to comply with the section regarding "Conflict Minerals" originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.

California Proposition 65 Compliance

This statement confirms that Switchcraft is aware of the requirements of California Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). It is our intention to comply with the requirements of this regulation as it applies to notification when listed chemicals are present in significant amounts within our products.
