Switchcraft and Conxall offer a complete line of RoHS compliant products.

Switchcraft is aware of the requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) and intends to comply with the requirement in regards to material content for products identified as RoHS compliant.

Conflict Minerals Compliance

Switchcraft is a subsidiary of Heico, a publicly traded company. Under the 2010 U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, Switchcraft is required to comply with the section regarding "Conflict Minerals" originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.

Persistent Organic Compounds (POPs)

This statement confirms that Switchcraft is aware of the requirements of EU
Regulation 2019/1021 on Persistent Organic Compounds (POPs) dated 20 June
2019 and intends to comply with the requirement in regards to material content
for new product releases and legacy products with current production.
