Have you ever been sitting in the dentist’s office getting a cavity filled and just
want to yank the drill out of the dentist’s hand to keep him from drilling anymore?
Apparently, it is such a common phenomenon at the dentist’s office that one of our
customers added a Switchcraft cordette assembly to their dental drill equipment.
The patient can stop the drill if needed with the press of a button. It helps to
make the patient more comfortable and allows the dentist to keep working without
worry that they are causing the patient pain. In addition, it makes patients more
comfortable with the dentist, thereby resulting in less appointment cancellations.
